Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY upon approval (See Returns Center). Garments must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with store tags attached. Sales are FINAL on accessories, shoes, intimates, and sale items (including purchases with discount codes).

Online Orders may be exchanged in store.

Please do not call our brick and mortar stores for questions regarding online orders.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-72 hours of transaction.

We ship USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number will be provided once order has been shipped.

Allow 2-5 business days for your shipment to arrive. Bliss Boutique does not currently offer International Shipping.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Please Consider Purchasing Route Protection Insurance at Checkout to protect your purchase.
