We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY with receipt of purchase.
Garments must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with store tags attached. 
Sales are FINAL on accessories, shoes, intimates, and sale items (including purchases with discount codes).
Shop Pay Installments:
Purchases made with Shop Pay Installments are subject to Bliss Boutique's standard Return Policy of Store Credit Only for items returned within 14 days of delivery date.
  • If you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your  installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount and you will receive an E-Gift Card for the full amount of the item(s) being returned. 
  • Please Note that E-Gift Cards are not valid for Shop Pay Installments
  • To qualify for Shop Pay Installments orders must be between $50-$1000
  • Please note: Your personal agreement with Shop Pay is separate from Bliss Boutique. This agreement still stands and it is the responsibility of the customer to continue in the scheduled fortnightly repayments. Any late fees associated with non-payment will be held liable to the customer.   

Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed within 24-72 hours of transaction.

We ship USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number will be provided once order has been shipped.

Allow 2-5 business days for your shipment to arrive. Bliss Boutique, does not currently offer International Shipping.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.
